Prompt: Dark

Don’t play with dark magic, said the world to me
If you’re offered a single spell, you should always flee
That magic would cause untold horror and pain
That dark magic was all suffering without gain

But if dark magic is so horrible and so cruel
Why did they make it look so cool?

Witches look awesome, flying through the night
And the Evil Queen is always a stunning sight
Sure good witches can make sparkles dance
But evil ones can summon monkeys armed with a lance

And let’s be honest, one of those is better
It fits my aesthetic to the letter!

So if I decide to make a pact
Or commit an utterly evil act
You should learn an important fact
About your lessons and their impact

If you don’t want me to become a witch bombastic
Maybe don’t make dark magic look fantastic
