Prompt: Solace

In times of darkness or of need
You should always attempt to knead
Find a pillow or a bed
Ready your feet and bow your head

Push in and push out with the beat
Use your body and your feet
Once you get in the groove
Let your back end start to move

Once the surface is covered in fur
You can then start to purr
This method was conveyed to me
By someone totally packed with glee

While she may lack a degree
This cat knows how to bump a knee
So when I want top quality advice
About tuna, life, and catching mice

I bow my head and ask the kitty
The finest psychologist in the city
